Happy New Year, friends!

In Chinese culture this celebration lasts many days, an intentional period of hope and renewal to create the future we want. 

For me, this Chinese New Year feels like a chance to reflect and decide more clearly how I want to spend my time, energy, and resources. How will I be and make a meaningful contribution in the spaces I occupy? How can I be an effective agent for positive, humane, connecting change? 😃

Powerful and not necessarily forceful. 

Empathic and not fragile. 

Vulnerable and strong, substantive. 

Grounded, committed, and flexible.

Clear, bright, and approachable.

Unassailable and welcoming. 

Much work to do, friends. Lots to heal. So take very good care of yourselves and do what you can. Stay engaged however it works for you. We cannot ask any more of ourselves than this, right?

The only way out is through. 

The best way through is together.
